Now one hour contains 60 minutes

So, we have 50 miles in 1 hour which means 50 miles in 60 minutes

So, if we travel 50 miles in 60 minutes , then in one minute we will travel 50/60 miles/minute

This can be simplified to 5/6 miles per minute

5/6 miles/minute when converted to a decimal format is  0.8333... miles/minute

So the answer is 5/6 miles per minute or 0.8333 miles per minute (rounded to four decimals)
