He gets $15 for every hour worked, so you need to multiply 15 by h which is written as 15h

You then need to add that to the $200 he gets for showing up.

Total pay = 15h + 200

t=Total

He gets 200 just by showing up so u add that to the 15 dollars he gets per hour.
You × the 15 by h to get the total for working those hours
