The correct answer is - Haran.

Isaac's wife, Rebecca, was an Aremean from Paddan-aram, also known as Haran. This was a place just in the northern part of the fertile crescent, between the rivers Euphrates and Tigris, being closer and connected to Euphrates through a smaller river that was passing through the place.
