D =  SQUARE ROOT OF(7.14^2 +(-7.55)^2)

 D = 10.39 m

as Dx is positive and Dy IS NEGATIVE hence vector is in 4 th quadrant

tan α= 7.55/7-14

        = 1.057

α = 46.6° downward or clockwise with +xaxis

or  α =313.4° in anticlockwise direction with + X-axis
