Coronavirus is not a cell. It is a virus. A virus is much smaller than a cell and is classified as non-living because it cannot reproduce itself without being a cell.

The coronavirus is a virus, so yes technically it is a cell. For the virus to infect a human host, viruses must be able to gain entry into individual human cells. They use these cells' machinery to produce copies of themselves, which then spill out and spread to new cells.
