Work = m•g•h

Power = work / time

Power = m•g•h / time

m= 60 kg

g = 9.8 m/s^2

h = 10 m

time = 1 min = 60 sec

Power = (60kg)(9.8m/s^2)(10m)/60s

Power = 98 watts
