I don't know if you want 13 terms in total or 13 extra terms from the first 5 terms...

11, 22, 33, 44, 55, 66, 77, 88, 99, 110, 121, 132, 143 (first 13 terms), 154, 165, 176, 187, 198 (what I thought might be 13 extra from the first 5 terms.)
