we know that two negative makes a positive. it means every two negative makes a positive. it concludes that even no. of negative sign makes positive and odd no. of negative sign makes a negative.
in positive values there are whatever numbers, they will always be positive.
in question given that multiplication of 199 negative integers. that will give negative value because 199 is an odd number.
and then multiply by 10 positive integers which give positive value.
so overall value will be negative.
