Answer:  142 and 286

If we multiply a given term by 2, then add 2, we get

7*2+2 = 14+2 = 16

16*2+2 = 32+2 = 34

34*2+2 = 68+2 = 70

So the rule seems to be "multiply by 2, then add 2"

If that rule holds up, then the next two terms are

70*2+2 = 140+2 = 142

142*2+2 = 284+2 = 286
