13 * 9/3 + 65 - 30 = x

Use PEMDAS (ParenthesesExponentMultiplication/DivisionAddition/Subtraction)

117/3 + 65 - 30 = x
39 + 65 - 30 = x
104 - 30 = x

74 = x

There are 74 oranges in the end.
