quarters are 25 and 3 of 25 is 75, dimes are 10, so 6 x 10 is 60, and nickels are 5, 5 x 3 is 15. a dollar is 100, 75 + 60 is 135, or 1.35, now add 15, 1.35 + 15 is  1 dollar and 50 cents. hope that helped :D
