if the price of milk is $3.75 then the price of milk rounded to the nearest dollar would be $4.00. Hope this helps!!

since 3.75 is greater than 3.50 it would be 4.00 because if you are rounding to the nearest dollar it would be like rounding to the nearest hundred. so...375 would be rounded to 400 so you place your decimal and get $4.00.
