[tex]7 \frac{2}{3}=\frac{7*3+2}{3}=\frac{23}{3} [/tex]

[tex]7 \: \frac{1}{2}=\frac{7*2+1}{2}=\frac{15}{2} [/tex]

[tex]5842 \div 23=254[/tex]
