Answer: x=5

Explanation:
Im gunna assume the first line is a parenthesis.

(2x+2)-2=10

To solve this you first add the 2 thats alone from both sides

2x+2 = 12

Now you subtract the 2 from both sides

2x = 10

Now divide two from both sides

X=5
