Matthews behavior is an example of interviewer bias because he keeps nodding as Lia gives him answers that he likes.

Interviewer bias is a bias that has to do with the way interviewers asks questions during interviews and also the way that they respond to the answers that their interviewees give.

This is a bias because the behavior and the expectations of the interviewer would interfere with objectivity.
