If ∆QRS≅∆TUV,
Then, their corresponding sides would be equal.
So, QS = TV
5v + 4 = 6v - 4
6v - 5v = 4 + 4
v = 8

Then, QS = 5(8) + 4 = 40 + 4 = 44
& Also, TV = 6(8) - 4 = 48 - 4 = 44

In short, Your Answer would be Option A

Hope this helps!
