Given slope m=5 and the point as (2, 3)

[tex]\begin{gathered} y-y_1=m(x-x_{1)} \\ \text{Where x}_1=2 \\ y_1=3 \\ y-3=5(x-2) \\ y=5x-10+3 \\ y=5x-7 \end{gathered}[/tex]

The equation of the line is y = 5x - 7
