(-9)(-6)(15)(-7+7)

Negative numbers multiplied by negative numbers equals to a positive number.

(-9)(-6) = (9)(6) = 54

(-7+7) = 0

(54)(15)(0) = 0

Remember, anything times 0 will always be 0
