Since f(3k) = 3k+7  (Equation 1)

We have to determine the value of f(x).

That is we have to replace 3k by x,

3k = x

Substituting the value of 3k in equation 1.

So, f(x) = x + 7

Therefore, f(x)=x+7 is the required function.
